After a year of strong growth, we are now looking to expand our lead funnel for the coming year, and are looking to fill a dedicated digital marketing role.

Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with our third-party marketing advisor, you will drive our digital marketing strategy and execute campaigns alongside our SEO, website content updates, and more.
Qualifying incoming leads through our website, LinkedIn, Google, and other data points will be critical to ensure they are distributed into the SalesForce lead funnel.

This role will be highly autonomous and will make decisions that impact the business in real time. You will be an entrepreneur who is highly capable and able to work independently, but also enjoys collaboration.

key responsibilities

  • Planning, information, development and implementation of digital marketing strategies/campaigns in digital media;
  • Understand how to use all available research and lead generation tools, including internet sources such as social and business media;
  • Develop a digital marketing strategy with combined skill sets in all digital areas including SEO, content production, PPC, retargeting, email marketing, affiliate marketing, online PR, quality link building, online advertising social media, social media campaigns and conversion optimization;
  • Analysis and presentation of digital marketing results;
  • Achieve effective web-based marketing that enables the business to generate and sell leads;
  • Deliver campaigns on time and to a high standard;
  • Improve performance through reporting and analytics;


  • A clear understanding and practical experience of digital marketing channels, techniques and tools, including (but not limited to) PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, affiliates and Google Analytics;
  • Understanding of customer segmentation, especially in the C-Store, Grocery, QSR and Retail space;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease; – Experience in the administration of websites within WiX with knowledge of HTML;

  • Internship, degree, or other training in marketing fundamentals;
  • More than 2 years of experience in content creation, social media and/or digital campaigns.
  • Experienced copywriter, someone with a creative eye for storytelling and an expert at crafting a message;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Great verbal and written communication skills;
  • Great organizational and project management capacity;
  • Passion for telling stories and being creative;
