Wix Plans

Wix offers three categories of plans: Basic Website Plans, Business & Ecommerce Plans, and Enterprise Plans.

Wix Basic Website Plans

The Wix Free Plan comes with Wix branding on your website on your subdomain (for example, yourwebsitename.wix.com). The free plan includes 500 MB of cloud storage and 500 MB of bandwidth.

If you want a more professional website that allows for more site customization and more features, you will need to opt for a paid plan. Wix offers four basic paid website plans that range from $14 to $39 per month. All plans include a free custom domain for one year and a free SSL certificate. Other features of these plans are shown in the chart below.

Wix Business and Ecommerce Plans

If you want to monetize your site by accepting online payments, you will need to choose one of Wix’s Business and Ecommerce plans. There are three options to choose from, and all offer secure online payments, recurring payment options, customer accounts, and a custom domain that’s free for one year. Other characteristics of these plans are the following.

Wix Business Plans

Enterprise solutions for large websites start at $500 per month. These plans are customized, and you’ll need to work directly with a Wix representative to tailor a plan to your business needs.

Wix Editors

Wix offers three different editors to create a website. Each one offers different advantages.

The Wix Artificial Design Intelligence (ADI) editor is ideal for beginners who don’t know where to start. Wix ADI asks you a few questions and then creates a basic site for you in a matter of minutes.

The second editor is the standard Wix editor. With this option, you choose a Wix template and customize it to your needs using the standard Wix drag-and-drop editor. You can start with the ADI editor and then switch to the standard editor at any time. With both editing options, you can enable or disable a mobile view of your website.

The third editor is Editor X. Introduced in 2020, Editor X allows you to create a fully responsive website that looks and works great on all types of devices. Editor X was developed with designers in mind and comes with a full set of advanced capabilities, including scalable font sizes, grid layout, media stacking and scaling, custom breakpoints, docking, and advanced sizing.
